Dani was amazing!

Dani was amazing! Being a first time home buyer, I was initially intimidated by the home buying process and was very close to scrapping the whole idea. Luckily, I found Tom Cummings and his team. Tom responded to my realtor inquiry within a half an hour and set me up with Dani Schultz. Right away  we began exchanging home interests and considerations. Dani was courteous, supportive, and immediately eased my fears and concerns. She was extremely generous with her time, always provided prompt responses to questions, and listened regarding my likes, dislikes, wants, and needs in a home. She was always able to schedule viewings quickly and at my available times/dates. She also worked closely with my mortgage lender to insure everything ran smoothly and we were all set come closing time.
