Tom was eager and motivated during our process and very professional. He did his research of the area to find the best and most competitive selling price. My unit was only on the market for 30 days and during that time we had close to 30 people view the property which showed Tom was responsive  and organized during the process. I felt very comfortable with Tom’s ability in knowledge, expertise, and negotiation skills.
